Recently, MIIT ( Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China) release an official decree to all the steel factories and local government concerning the limitation of steel production capacity. The output of steel in China will be shrinked by 10% - 20% in the coming days. Now, the chief large and medium steel factories already start adjusting their production line and reduce the output. It indicates that steel pricel will come up steadily in the following few months. In fact, the steel price already climb up in domestic market now, and there is unofficial news that the principal steel factories decide to increase their price by different level.
Influenced by the steel price, many industrial product will face the cost growing, and the sales price will increase accordingly.
It is better for customers to prepare some stock right now before the forthcoming price increase.
