Hub Bearings

1st wheel bearing is a double row angular contact ball bearing incorporating an integral outer ring and two separable inner rings or a double row tapered roller bearing. In order to ensure the preloading after assembly to meet the requirement ,the  bearing clearance is set in advance. There is no need to use the spacer to adjust the preloading at assembly. And the wheel bearings are self-owned seals so the labour cost is reduced.

The characteristic of 2nd Generation Hub units are fewer parts. lighter weight and conveniently assembly. The flange of outer lane is connected by bolts to the suspension (inner ring rotating) or to the brake disc and steel ring (outer ring rotating)




3rd Hub unit contains an outer ring with a flange which is connected to the suspension and an inner ring with a flange which is connected to brake disc and steel ring. There is no need to adjust the position at assembly. The ABS sensor which can measure the vehicle speed and prevent wheel-slip is integrated to the Hub unit. The swaging technology is used to self-locking half inner ring. This swaging mode (non-driving wheel) can reduce the volume. weight and cost.

LEACREE seeks a Joint Venture with a US manufacturer of Automotive Aftermarket Parts who is interested in an ownership position in a new manufacturing complex located in Chengdu, China

The JV relationship offers a China manufacturing factory, ownership and operation control for the US Company, R&D support and sales access to the fast growing China automotive industry.

Introduction

• The Chinese privately owned company is a manufacturer of automobile, truck and heavy equipment Shock Absorbers, Struts and Bearings serving the international automotive aftermarket.
• The JV partner will own a share of the multi building complex or a separate factory(s) within the manufacturing and R&D complex. The factory can be designed and built to meet the needs of the JV investor.  Up to 40,000 square meters including offices & factory can be available.
• In return for a minimum investment, the JV partner can have ownership in a separate factory or ownership in the full complex
• The Chinese Company will assist in the process of company formation.
• The Chinese Company will provide manufacturing, technical and other support to the JV investor as needed. . 
• The Chinese company team will introduce the US JV product line to the China automotive and related industries and assist in the selling process.
