Technical Highlights

The damping force can be adjusted quickly by hand through the adjustment knob on the top of the shaft. With 24 levels rebound and compression damping setting, it can be flexibly adjusted to personal preferences in handling.

● Larger damping force value range (1.5-2 times) for optimum ride comfort and handling
The force value change of 0.52m/s reaches 100%. The damping force changes by -20%~+80% based on the original vehicle. Compared with similar products on the market, our damping force value adjustment range is 1.5-2 times larger. This kit can meet the individual needs of different car owners in all road conditions for soft or hard damping force.

The different position speed curves of the front shock absorber are shown in the Figure 1 below.

As we can see from the Figure 1, there are large changes in rebound and compression damping.

The sample test data of a leading brand nitrogen cylinder shock absorber is as follow.

As shown in the Figure 2, the compression changes normally, but the rebound damping force does not change.
