PRODUCT FEATURES

The diameter of the PLUS shock absorber piston rod is stronger and thicker than that of OE parts. When the piston rod is subjected to the lateral force of the vehicle, its bending resistance will increase by 30%. The micro-deformation ability of the thickened piston rod is significantly enhanced, and the shock absorber moves up and down more smoothly.

The increase of the diameter of the working cylinder will reduce the pressure on the piston by 20% compared with the OE parts. When the wheel rolls a circle, the oil flow in the working cylinder and the outer cylinder increases by 30%, and the oil temperature in the working cylinder decreases by 30%, which ensure a more stable performance of the shock absorber.

Compared with OE shock absorber, the oil storage capacity of PLUS shock absorber is increased by 15% due to the increase in the outer cylinder diameter. The heat dissipation area of the outer cylinder is increased by 6%. The anti-attenuation ability is increased by 30%.
